Building a Claude-Certified Delivery Team | Fordexa Recruitment

Fordexa is focused on one thing: bringing frontier AI models like Claude into the real daily workflows of Australian small businesses — not as demos, but as working systems.

This year, Anthropic launched the Claude Partner Network. And to build this path properly, there is one core requirement: a delivery team that holds official Claude certifications.

So I am inviting a few trusted technical people to walk this path with me. This post lays out exactly what I am asking, what you get, and what the prerequisites are — no surprises later.

The Most Important Thing First: Time Commitment

This cohort has a hard deadline: you need to complete all 4 courses in the learning path by the end of June 2026.

This is the critical milestone for our whole plan. Please honestly evaluate your availability:

If you are not confident you can finish the 4 courses before end of June, do not sign up for this cohort.

The courses are not difficult — they are free, online, and self-paced. The real challenge is the exam that follows. But if you cannot clear the first step on time, you will fall behind the team rhythm. There will be future cohorts.

What I Am Asking You to Do

Three steps, self-paced:

1. Register on Anthropic Academy and complete the 4 courses by end of June. Once you join, I will set up a company email for your registration. The learning path is here: Claude Partner Network Learning Path

Courses are free and online — just schedule the time and get through them.

2. Pass the CCAF certification exam. CCAF (Claude Certified Architect: Foundations) is Anthropic official architect certification — a proctored exam that tests how to design and deploy production-grade Claude applications. This requires real preparation.

3. Stay active on the platform. After certification, you need to remain active within a rolling 90-day window to maintain active certified status — a hard requirement for partner tier.

Throughout the process, I will share study materials, exam prep paths, and coaching support.

What You Get

The cert is yours. Even though you register with a company email, the CCAF certificate belongs to you personally — put it on your CV, add it to LinkedIn. It is Anthropic first official technical certification, and very few people hold it right now.

A path to higher-tier certifications. Once the team qualifies and the company is formally upgraded to partner status, you will be eligible to pursue more advanced Claude certifications.

Priority on delivery work. When Fordexa takes on AI delivery projects, the people who walked this path with me get first access. To be clear: this is priority, not a guarantee of income or fixed projects. But we are genuinely building a team that will work on real projects together.

Prerequisites

Time: 4 free courses completed by end of June (hard deadline); serious preparation for the CCAF exam. Total: a few weeks to a couple of months.
Cost: Academy courses are free. Exam fees — I will confirm the latest details and share them. The goal is for you not to pay out of pocket.
Current status: We are still in the certification and review process. We are not publicly claiming to be a Claude Partner yet. Please keep this internal until official approval.

Who I Am Looking For

I am looking for people who will actually be on the front line of client delivery — developers or technical leads with delivery or architecture experience, reliable, willing to see something through. Not people padding headcount.

If you are genuinely interested in AI engineering, Claude, Agents, or MCP — this is a low-cost window to get official certification and access to real projects.
